Alienology is a subdivision of psychology that focuses on the fact that humans are not in fact the focus of psychology. Psychology, as a science, keeps its eyes to the sky and studys how aliens think. This would explain why so called "psychological disorders" only affect a relatively small number of people on the planet, and not a majority. Those that have these "psychological disorders" are in fact aliens, and a multitude of these "clinincally insane" have admitted to being extraterrestrial.

[edit] History

This particular subdivision began when Sigmund Freud admitted to being an alien himself, and had been presenting false information to the scientific community. With this new information in hand, Dr. Freud's assistant, Dr. Menklo Spemlof, began his own investigations in the new field of alienology. What he found was quite suprising.

"I was quite suprised to be sure, but I found out that Aliens have been affecting the way we think for many centures."

-Dr. Menklo Spemlof, being redudant once again.

It is quite obvious to say that his final prediction was incorrect, but nonetheless, this man is responsible for laying the groundwork for one of psychology's most jawdropping subjects.
